A friend of mine in astrophysics had a major presentation coming up and wanted a watch that felt connected to what he was working on.
The dial looked like a field of stars, so the direction was obvious from the start. I built the rest of the watch around it and kept everything clean enough that the dial stayed front and centre.
It ended up being a one-off watch made for a very specific moment.
