Ready-to-wear watches

Ready-to-wear Persa watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A brief indoor try-on is fine, but the watch must otherwise be unworn, unaltered, and returned with its original box, cards, accessories, and bracelet links. Please contact us through our Contact page before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping. We recommend insuring the parcel. Once the watch is received and inspected, we will refund the eligible purchase amount to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your watch arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover any return shipping we request. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Atelier Custom commissions

Atelier Custom commissions are made for an individual client and become final and non-cancellable once the final design is approved and the 50% deposit is paid. Completed commissions cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or aesthetic preference.
